    Idiots
    Be prophetic with signage... we encourage congregations to be creative, making use of scripture and church tradition to make a public witness like this:
    Love casts out fear.
    No guns here.
    Ask the victims of these church shootings if "love cast out fear".
    Most news reports describe absolute terror.
    Lakeland, FL (2011);
    Richmond, CA (2010);
    Baton Rouge, LA (2009);
    Maryville, IL (2009);
    Knoxville, TN (2008);
    Clifton, NJ (2008);
    Neosho, MO (2007);
    Colorado Springs, CO (2007) - second massacre stopped by armed citizen;
    Detroit, MI (2006);
    Brookfield, WI (2005);
    Garden Grove, CA (2004);
    Atlanta, GA (2003)

    This is sad... There's a national church shooting database (1980-2005):

    I'll get over to UW-Milwaukee to try & download a copy of it, since it's a members-only database.
