We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Dang, it appears they have an entire "rat's nest" of corrupt officers.
I suppose, when the federal government is making / allowing shady and corrupt arms deals to take place in Mexico, that this should not really come as any surprise.
