Kel-Tec Sub 2000 made CA legal w/ Solar Tactical grip?

Since carrying/transporting a rifle is a pain, and handgun carry will be much tougher come January, I was thinking a folding rifle like the Sub-2000 would be nice for visits to CA. It could easily fit in bags when folded.

Some suggest that a Sub-2000 would be legal in California if you added one of these butt extensions:
http://www.keltecweapons.com/product/stock-extension/ (Makes unfolded length 30 inches)

And one of these grips:
http://www.solartactical.com/KELTEC-SUB-2000-KYDEX-SLIP-ON-GRIP-339.htm (Makes it not an assault weapon because it doesn't have pistol grip?) Supposedly I guess. http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/regs/chapter39.pdf This says
(d) "pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon" means a grip that
allows for a pistol style grasp in which the web of the trigger hand (between the thumb and index
finger) can be placed below the top of the exposed portion of the trigger while firing.

Looking at the monsterman grip, you can see that they put in a grip angle that is much different:

To me, it seems like a "pistol style grasp" would not be possible with the solar tactical slip on grip, but it does not change the angle that the forward fingers would grasp the weapon. Your thumb would have to point up on the shooting hand though, and it seems that this would place the web of the trigger hand above the trigger unless you had a retarded grip where your finger pulled the trigger from below and barely grasped the gun at all, but to me that does not seem like a "pistol style grasp."

What do you think?

Someone on Glocktalk has one set up thus: http://glocktalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1186637

My only question is, WHY would you "visit" California? To bring your tourist dollars to a state that is working fervently to confiscate your firearms? I wouldn't spend a bent dime in that state, and I am a former resident of 38 years. I was finally able to move out of that cesspool of Socialism, and I'm not looking back. As far as I'm concerned, the Mexicans can take it back and make all of those liberals Mexican citizens! you conservatives out there will need to move back to America.

You people from free states need to visit California as a living reminder that what you have can be taken away unless you jealously defend liberty at every turn. Be sure to visit the Capitol to see where they use the guise of 'public safety' to promote tyranny and ravage personal liberty and blame those they s*d*mize for the necessity satisfying their need to tell people what they can and can't do. When you have seen how the conservative constituents have ineffective representation (not that their representatives arent worthy- just not numerous enough...) that cannot possibly hold back the flood of wacky, stupid, asinine, and totalitarian crap that is emitted from democratic lawmakers... maybe then you will realize that our efforts should not be in abandoning California, but to retake it on behalf of the rest of the states. If for any purpose, to show that in spite of the desperate fight, that it is possible to restore the second amendment in a place where it has been eroded for a generation.

Those are fighting words. If you're a mexican sympathizer, maybe you belong in a different country as well as a different state.

Nice-looking subbie in that picture.

My question is, could you carry a full magazine in the grip and not have it considered loaded (to make the Kalifornia Gun Grabbers happy)? After all the subbie is folded and unable to fire in that carry position.

As a side note, Bullet Buttons also exist for the Sub-2000 as an alternative to the fin.

That would be awesome if it was not considered loaded in that state.
