Hello,I am brandnew here.Thank you for letting me join in.
My question,I have a CPL,AND a Harley:D...A member of this site was carring open while riding his scoot at the Plymouth Chili Cookoff.I stopped him to ask what was the ruling on what/how he was carring. He gave me a copy of #86 update and told me what was up.I didn't quite understand and am still foggy on this...please help me to understand my options to carry while I am riding.
Example...nice day out...t-shirt only(with pants!!)...must I conceal while riding? ...or can I carry open with a belt holster?I do understand the word "brandish".

Please advise...also...my woman has a CPL and carries also...same rules while on my scoot with me?

Thanks,I am all ears!

Welcome :)

With a CPL, you can carry how you want to carry. Wife too, since she also has a CPL.

A CPL gives the option but not the obligation to carry concealed.

Open carry is not brandishing. There ismt a legal definition for brandishing, so you would go to the dictionary, which basically says that you would have to be waving it around or displaying it in a threatening manner.
