i am rather hoping Ted Nugent might make a special apprearance on MKE's behalf. i hear he is town, for a fair, and to show support for one of his political buddies, being a champion of 2nd amendment rights and all....................

So doesn't this set the precedent then that open carrying in a car so long as the weapon is visible from the windows, is NOT carrying concealed? This would change the prior precedent, yes?

No. They never charged her using Walls. Their case was that Krysta actually concealed.
