Good luck with that. Maybe a moderate Democrat will jump ship to push them to 21-19 and grab some power.

And finding an impartial judge to hear the case should be interesting.

As for a Dem jumping ship, you can bet it won't be one of Bloomie's paid stooges. Conversely, could Bloomie find a "willing (GOP) pawn" to jump aboard the Dem wagon? Will McDonnell hold out a plum (appontment) to entice a wavering Dem? Could anyone become an Independent?
