National Recipitory Bill HR 822

Hopefully HR 822 will be passsed and signed. That way it would allow everyone with an out of state permits to carry concealed in MA.

Don't be fooled, MA doesn't care what the gov't says. They may still throw everybody in jail for it! Remember, the law in MA is all about what they decide is right for them, at that time! Glad I'm gone!

The recipitory bill provides teeth to states that violate the federal law. The licensed person can sue and charge the officers involved for violation of federal law. This mean jail time for them.
