Sounds to me like the guy is an idiot.
I told Scouser Saturday that most of what I said had a private joke behind it.

If you go back and search for the word "Blackshirt", you'll know this fellow is a Blackshirt.

BTW to the OP...There is no such thing as a Federal Bail Enforcer.
