Man fatally shot in home invasion

"Elijah J. Malanosky, address unknown, was shot by the property owner about 4:30 a.m. after the owner awoke to the noise of someone breaking into his home on National Pike.
The person was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:04 a.m."



Justice, it seems, prevailed.
