Do you think the title of their thread is deserved? The entire Colorado Springs metropolitan area includes over 600,000 people, while Colorado has more than 5 Million people total. In other words, we have 12.8% of the population of Colorado here in the greater Colorado Springs area. Given that Hickenlooper has appointed 426 people, 12.8% of that comes to 54 people. So, yes - if he's appointed only 15 from the Springs, that's about 3.6 times fewer people than he should have.
I take this as his way of saying "Screw You, Colorado Springs!"
