Who can document DoJ receipt of your CWL application, and how?

Mine was sent priority certified mail and signed for delivery/receipt at 0816 November 3.

I wonder what will be the legal requirements to demand a CWL issued under Section 100 of 2011 Act 35?

Good people ought to be armed as they will, with wits and Guns and the Truth.
