I can't find the original thread, but someone posted some comments concerning the "Versa-carry" and I went to check the site out. The photos I saw on the site looked like the model had his finger on the trigger. I emailed the company expressing my concern and here is their reply:

Hi, and thank you for taking the time to contact us. I can assure you
there was never a finger on any trigger of any photos used on the site. I
agree with you 100% a finger should never touch a trigger until the gun is
point in a safe direction and at the intended target. Thank you for
letting us know that it might appear that way so that I can speak with our
photographer.
