Delegate Cole has resubmitted his bill that was illegally killed in the subcommittee. This bill was a win-win. Good for the local government because it forces them to sell these sometimes very valuable guns for revenue, instead of paying to destroy them. Good for gun dealers, they might get a good deal on a gun to sell to a law-abiding citizen. The fact that the antis are opposed to this bill proves that they consider all gun-owners to be criminals, even those who follow all the laws currently on the books to buy from an FFL, which this bill requires. There is no other explanation to oppose returning "street guns" back into "the system" of full FFL accountability.
