Springfield needs to clarify their position

This is truely messed up a city council that has a police state view of freedom! I think an open carry march is needed. When is the next council meeting?

It is well established law that exercising a right is never a crime. You need to push this hard. Is there a VCDL-style organization in Ohio? Start one if not. Phil Van Cleave and others will give you pointers if you contact them.

Ohio has http://www.buckeyefirearms.org/ - they are quite proactive. You might want to check them out.

And just in case the OP was not aware of them, they ought to consider contacting them.

stay safe.

Ohioans for Concealed Carry (OFCC - http://www.ohioccw.org) as well. They were a driving force in the derailing of the frame-up planned for William Bartlett by Officer Daniel Harless, his partner, and the prosecutor in Canton. They put the video of Harless's psychotic break on YouTube.

BTW - Harless's previously postponed disciplinary hearing is SUPPOSED to be today. My bet is that it'll be postponed again, in furtherance of his "disability" scam.
