Interesting question. I have a the CCL. Do I ever think I'll use it? Depends on what the question is trying to determine. Will I use it to carry a firearm for personal protection? Answer: Yes. Question: Will I ever use it to take a person's life? Answer": I pray to God I never do. The question is written in typical media amd lawyer style. They can twist the results to fit their motives.
