"The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that none of the challengers had legal standing to file the lawsuit on Jan. 20, 2009, the day Obama was inaugurated." - Source

It boiled down to the appeals court "ruling that the challengers couldn't show "concrete injury" from the allegations."

So, an illegally-sitting president whose verified hell-bent actions to bankrupt the U.S. Economy as a means of introducing socialism, at a cost of between $15,000 and $30,000 to each and every resident of the United States of America, for a total cost of around $5 TRILLION, fails their "concrete injury" test.

Hmm...

What did they do? Drop the filed papers on a dog and say, "Nope. Didn't cause nearly enough damage as would have a chunk of concrete." :banghead:

This is the 9th Circus Court... you're suprised? You could show them a film of obozo being born in Kenya and delivered by Kruschev followed by a satanic ritual and they would instruct the US Marshals too seize it on copyright infringement grounds.

With that said I doubt obozo was born in kenya, or anywhere outside of Hawaii. I haven't seen a piece of legitamate evidence too the contrary, though I haven't seen much to verify it either. Regardless, even if overwhelming evidence was entered into court and the judges ruled him an illegal occupant we would never in our lifetimes see everything he's done to us reversed in court. It has too be done by an overwhelming majority in both houses and in the WH.

Agreed, although if it ever were proven for him to have been ineligible, his retirement would disappear. Don't think they'd ask him to return his pay while in office, though.
