I am looking into getting Magazines for my AR15 and I was looking into getting the Magpul Polymer Mags. One does anyone know if they sell a 10 round, and two can anyone tell me about the possession laws of High Capacity Magazines of 20 or 30 Rounds while it is not attached to the AR.

Yes. Google is your friend.

While one may possess magazines of greater than 10 rounds, you may not import, manufacture, transfer, lend, sell or offer for sale anything with the capacity to hold more than 10 rounds in California. So, unles you possessed them in California before the prohibition was enacted (2000 I believe), you can't have it whether or not it is attached to an AR.
