I am relocating back to Ohio from Arizona, lived in AZ for about ten years. I have a legal CCW from AZ and now wonder whats going to happen with my permit when I move (Officially change my address with AZ).

Is there a residency minimum in Ohio?
Will my AZ CCW become invalid?
Any information, including links to information is greatly appreciated.

Read the Concealed Carry manual available from the Ohio Attorney General's web site here for specifics:

http://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/ConcealedCarry.aspx/?from=nav

It says you need to be a resident for 45 days before applying for an Ohio license. Ohio has reciprocity with Arizona but you need to check with the Arizona authorities as to whether moving out of state will invalidate your license or not.

Since AZ has such great reciprocity you may want to consider looking into changing your AZ to a non-resident and then get your Ohio resident permit. Just a thought.
