A quote from the story about WI. Maybe they should have a system like MI, every year we release a report that covers the kind of info that the writer is complaining about.

I like how of all the scenarios stated from the study, the only ones that mention a firearm was used or present in was the homocides. Other than that its pretty much up in the air if during the other offenses the offender even had possession of a firearm.
