Armed robbery outside of the Payday Loan Store on Seminole Trail/Rio Rd W

It would be interesting to find out if the payday loan store operators banned the carrying of firearms upon the premises. Some of these stores around here have a posting against the carrying of firearms within the store, but some of them don't. The places where I've seen the prohibition signs are the places I'd least expect them (such as rural Alta Vista), while those in the rougher areas of Lynchburg have no such posting.

That store does, iirc. I walk past it when in that shopping cntr each weekend.
