I heard there is a 90 day wait period when newly moving to PA when applying for a CCW. I then heard that you can get around this wait period by immediately registoring to vote...is this true?

all you need to prove is residency. certain sheriffs, like the Monroe County sheriff, requires that you prioved tax information to prove residency, which is illegal, but many sub,it to the demand; Monroe County has a high number of transplants from NY and NJ. as long as you have a PA driver's ID, or at least have an address in PA, you qualify for a PA LTCF.
