I come from a land downunder.
After a continued increase in random shootings, home invasions, drive by shootings, actual street shoot outs in and about the Sydney and other capitol cities, and the constant and nausiating calls from the anties for government to take a tougher stand on gun laws and further bans, someone in parliment has heard the people and is finally talking sense.

Where are the anties in this? We notice so far they seem to have nothing to say regarding Mr O'Farrell's comments. Would this be because this issue does not involve any law abiding citizens and or sporting shooters? Cheers, Haz.

Hej Haz!

As you are working for more "right to self defense" and the "right to bear arms" laws, think about this: anti-propaganda verbage.

Pro-abortion, pro-murder, pro-choice...which works for the abortion crowd?

Next:

Pro-life, anti-abortion. which works best for the other side?

So, as to self defense: Pro-gun? or pro-self defense? which sould illicite a more favorable response in reference to the latest shooting spree?

Washington state constitution, Article 1 section 24 "the right of an individual to bear arms in defense of himself, or the state, shall not be impaired..."

Please note: The hot button word "gun" is nowhere to be found in this section,,,,no? When youwork for AU's law changes, remember to stay away from "hot button" verbage....it will make it much easier.
