Knox’s bill, HB 2353, recognizes that criminals are not stopped by a sign prohibiting guns. In fact, so-called “gun free” environments only embolden criminals."

there were some accounts from those who testified in the hearings at the ksccw.com forum, I have been watching the news feed from Patricia Stoneking pres of the KSRA to give an action report, but she has not had time to post about it yet.
