but then mceachin stood up, moved to reconsider which passed and then the bill was passed by for the day. any idea why? what's he up to?
They arerunning late a lot was passed by.The Courts committee is eeting now.

well, i guess we'll see what add'l debate occurs tomorrow before the vote to pass to 3rd reading.
