davidmcMeth----I don't think there is anyone on this forum that would believe for minute that you make the rules regarding LEO's and how they enter onto your property. Please don't insult the intelligence of these fine folks on here.

When I kicked out a LEO who was investigating a graffiti incident that occurred days before (he came to my door and I promptly escorted him off my land---he claimed he had the right to go where ever he wanted) after I booted him off I got a call from state police trying to explain their viewpoint. I told the state trooper that unless he has a warrant, I don't want police on my land (its my land!). The state trooper said he would be sending out a swat team (not kidding) & I suggested he be at the front of the line. They never showed. And I got a call back from my town's police chief (incident occurred on a satuday & I guess the state police act as a dispatching service on weekends) and he apologized but said that the officer was investigating a crime ; when I told him the crime occurred days before & there was no reason to demand entry onto my property he agreed.

I now have a no trespass notice filed with the state & my local governments .. violation will lead to immediate arrest w/o further warning & resisting will result in the use of reasonable force.

I make rules for ANYONE entering my property. Its MY LAND.

Its a two way street. So you don't carry on other peoples property either? people should only carry on public property ? I could really care less about whether a pistol carrying govt agent or leo or ups driver or private citizen is on my property. As long as they are not there to hurt me. And I like to carry on everywhere I am legally allowed whether its public property or not

I respect people's land ownership rights. You should feel free to carry where ever you can. I doubt you would ignore a landowners right to limit guns on their property. You may not like it but I'm sure you respect it.

This is not an issue of property rights. This is an issue of a business being rude, bigoted and discriminatory to a customer.

Lets not cloud the issue.

The word "discrimination" is being used very loosely here, yes?

Don't like a business, tell them why & see if they'll change .. if not don't shop there.

I do this every election cycle ... any business with a democrat poster on their land I ask them to remove it or I won't shop there. Some will take it down, some won't. Some folks will just put up a sign because a guy asked them if it was OK to put it up. That's our political process.

I don't shop at places that the owner is anti 2nd amendment .... if I can help it

No. It is a perfect use of discrimination.

Precisely. That is why it is a stupid idea to discriminate and be rude to a customer, this is the expected response by a customer.

I don't do business with anyone where the business/property owner thinks that is ok to be bigoted to anyone or their rights.
