Judge Napolitano - Recognition of States Rights and the 2nd Amendment

I'm sure some of you have already seen this but if not it's a good video to watch. It was clearly made before the McDonald decision but after Heller.

"No state shall convert a liberty to a privilege, license it, and charge a fee therefor.- Murdock vs Pennsylvania 319 US 105

...If the state converts a right into a privelege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right... with impunity.
    - Shuttleworth vs City of Birmingham, Alabama 317 US 262

Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no legislation which would abrogate them.
    - Miranda vs Arizona 384 US 436

Don't post things about Reason Magazine and Reason TV around here. Reason Magazine is a libertarian magazine and lots of people think libertarians are cuckoos.

They only want to listen to libertarians sometimes.

    I know, I am a libertarian.
Call for a cop, call for an ambulance, and call for a pizza. See who shows up first.

Just the presence of a beautiful lady such as yourself would suffice.
