Basic background is i've moved three times in two years and frequent many states in travels and always (always) carry.

Now that I feel established, I'm looking at oc refs. currently a pa resident.

Looking at surrounding states I'm having to really search for refs, using the forum and such. Just a comment being if each state could find a member to produce a sticky with basic oc laws for the state, it would really help the frequent traveler. Of course add the typical laws change 97 times a year, IANAL disclaimer for litigious types.

You may want to check the PA statutes, and especially those of the lesser political subdivisions where you may wish to OC. Recently there seemed to be some confusion in the Philadelphia PD over the Philadelphia City Ordinances regarding OC. Pax...
