How do they claim it is CA-compliant since it has a pistol grip. Didn't bother looking close enough to see if the magazine was fixed, so that might be another "issue".

And srsly, NiCad, when NiMH are so much better?

Great, another government boondoggle will be required to have a charging station on every street corner.

It does seem to be a green alternative to a traditional 'climate chaos' contributing, two-stroke gas powered chain saw. But the 'chain-saw' sound and affect on folks is missing with this variant.
