What is the Kentucky Signage Law for a business to properly post a sign? For instance a policy sign as to what can be allowed in a business building? I have searched for a KRS and I can't find it. All I find is highway signage and farm signage. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Like gutshot said there is no law stating you have to have a sign of your rules or how big it has to be, what size text, or the wording. But that, for the most part, helps us. Signs have no weight of law which means that if you don't read a malls huge list of rules that limits your right to carry on their property then all you did was break their rule, not a law.

I am like you gutshot. I despise when I walk into a private business that clearly does not have a sign prohibiting firearms and then they ask me to leave/or leave it in my truck. It feels more like it is against me than someone carrying a gun, because they just made of that policy while I was in there (I assume).

I walked into one of "those" places tonight with my father. He was visiting from the only socialist state left that does not allow CCW. When we left, I said did you see that sign posting no guns allowed. He said yes, and I laughed. I said that $hit has no barring to me and that I would never allow some d-bag to tell me that I can't provide for my safety or that of a family member. He said, you mean you have had a gun this entire time. Smiled again and said hell yes this is Kentucky!! I love living here and those anti gun d-bags can KMA!!!
