What time do you think people should show up to register?

To help people who are registered check in or to register?

If the 1st, the WCI annual meeting starts at 11. If the latter, it's full.

Oh I mean if someone had previously registered and printed out the confirmation, do they have to fill anything else out there ahead of time, or just show up at 1p?

Great job to all those that volunteered. Wife came back from taking the class, and said you all really helped changed her mindset. Said there were very level headed and logical explanations, and it all clicked well together. She also said this helped changed her mindset that ccwers/open carriers just want to protect themselves and their families, and not be out looking to be Mr. Hero. Was fun having her lecture me on what I've been saying all a long.

Thanks again to the instructors and volunteers who helped sign the masses in, well done. We appreciate your time today.

I have not been able to find any news coverage despite the fact that there were two camera crews there. I guess they don't want to report anything positive.

Could someone write up a one page report and post it here?

Then we could post it around the net. This is a very impressive showing, even if only 1000 showed up.

I'm pretty sure that when the totals are known Nik will come out with a statement.

An unofficial one from those who were there: WOW. That's a lot of people.
(At least, that's what I kept hearing from those hanging out in the hall who repeatedly peeked through the windows in the doors.)

Wisconsin Carry Gives Free CCW Course, Fills Hall for 1100

Wisconsin Carry, Inc. booked Serb Hall in Milwaukee for March 18th, 2012, to give a free course to meet the requirements for the Wisconsin concealed carry permit. This was ambitious; the hall seats 1100 people, and Wisconsin Carry required that participants register in advance.

The class was held as scheduled. While exact attendance numbers have not been released yet, the course was filled up with registrants. The pictures indicate a full hall.

1100 more people able to apply for the CCW permit at one setting. This is impressive. Wisconsin Carry Inc. is becoming a state organization with the clout to actively fight to restore constitutional rights.
