Signature?

Is the signature function on OCDO broken or something? I am new to this forum but not new to forums in general. I went to edit signature like the FAQ instructed me to, typed in my desired signature, and saved it. Nothing has shown up on repeated attempts. Do you have to have a minimum number of posts to have a signature? Thanks for any help/repsonses with this. I apologize if this is posted in the wrong section but it looked like the most applicable section of the forum.

Edit: I can see it here but not on other parts of the forum. Um huh?
