Don't tell me how the book ends .... lol
We don't presume you are going to read it.

Emily is a shaker & mover - think this book will prove to be her lead story of her battle to bring legal on person carry to the denizens of our nation's capital.

I'm waiting for the movie.

I'm not a "won over fan" ... I think she is an opportunist...just a feeling/notion (she's not posting her book on-line for free is she?)

She appears to be a member that posted ONE post (9-22-13) http://forum.opencarry.org/forums/s...ly-Gets-Her-Gun-But-Obama-Wants-To-Take-Yours that I read as more of an ad than anything else.

Other members have posted their experiences in getting guns, permits, etc ... here, for nothing other than to educate, etc.

Emily Miller, a senior editor of Washington Times, wrote of her experiences in 4 lengthy, detailed articles. These were the basis for her book.
You can read all 4 stories here at no charge: http://www.washingtontimes.com/blog/guns/

Yes Kindle/Audible Audio version is available free if you accept 30 day free trial.

Most (all?) other members here do not have as their ultimate goal destroying the barriers to LAC carrying guns for personal defense in Washington D.C. Emily has already announced that is where all of this is heading.

Don't buy her book - don't read her book - don't even read the free articles. That is your personal choice to make. As for me, I will offer her all of my support in a cause I find worthy.

I bought her book. She signed my book. I met her and shook her hand. I heard her speak at a VCDL meeting. I have read her book.

The book is basically a chronicle of her experience to get a hand gun in Washington DC. It's not a novel. It does have all the references. As far as I can tell she is the real deal in the effort for 2A freedom.

If she makes some money along the way, good for her. I support free enterprise.
