I received a reply from Glenn Grothman's office regarding OC issues after concerns were raised that OC might be challenger and/or repreled etc... This time I'll be posting a link so copyright infringements are not violiated. With that polic chief's comment, I am concerned that they might just start creating and interpreting laws for their benefit. Maybe I am wrong. I know that in Chicago after the Douglass decision, they created an ordinance that made it a crime to have a gun outside your house even in your own back yard.

Have you been accused, has it been suggested even, that the government enjoys copyright? The government does not enjoy copyright. We the people own its work product and can demand access through the FOIA/ORR (Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 19, General Duties of Public Officials).
