This is the first time I’ve ever done anything like this and I guess what I’m worried about is getting busted for trafficking in guns without a license to do so.
One or two guns on the table and I don’t think I’d worry, but I’m worried five-six rifles and two handguns might be pushing it.
Isn’t there a limit on the number of firearms a private individual can sell in one year?
Not that I plan to buy or trade for any new firearms, just sell off what I have. I’m wondering what my proper response should be in the event I get hassled by The Man.

Should I bother to list what I’m getting rid of for my fellow Spokanites to consider?
Mosin nagant M44, Romanian 1954 manufacture, non-matching bolt, cut down to a sporting rifle with a Pachmayr decelerator recoil pad and sling. I shot my first deer with this, my wife shot her first pig with this, and together we have harvested much meat with this gun.
Mosin nagant 91/30, 1943 manufacture, all matching numbers, good bore, stiff extractor, and a fine example of war time manufacture, should make a great tomato stake. Sling, pouch and tools, no baynet .
French MAS 1936, re-barreled in .308 and cut down by the importer to make it a sporting carbine. Pachmayr decelerator recoil pad. Another good tomato stake, if a bit short.
Russian TO3 .22 rimfire bolt action rifle. Good shape, handsome rifle and a little unusual, three magazines, very good trigger pull.
Remington 54P. This is an old peep sighted bolt action .22 rimfire rifle. Great shooter and even a little collectable, but the mag catch is a replacement and does not hold the mag right for proper feeding, and it has an extra screw hole or two some fool drilled into it for a different rear sight or something.
Asking 150 for each rifle except the old Remington which is tagged at $ 125. All prices are negotiable but I really don’t want trades!
Uh, the handguns are a Taurus PT22 with rosewood grips just repaired by the factory and a new-in-box Pietta Remington cap and ball revolver, a very fine gun if you like these things.
Might try to sell off a Rossi .44 mag lever action, 24 inch octagonal barrel,Usually a pretty good show.

I’ll also be selling alcohol fueled camp stoves I made, LED lights and even a complete solar powered LED barn lighting system I put together, just to show that I can do handcrafts too, albeit of a very different sort than my wife makes. If ya go Don, I’ll be at the table with all the LED lights, stop by and say “Hi!”
