OK Washingtonians here is a good resource if you want to know how your legislators voted last year.

sherry appleton is the individual who wanted to change Washingtons "stand your ground" rules. She wanted it changed to be "if there is an avenue of escape(whether you know about it or not) you must "run away) and not defend yourself or others."

Many of us argued with her and her minions until she backed off. This alone should get her run out of office.

You are quite correct. I believe Dave Workman wrote an article about her poorly written bill.
It seems the votes are not there.....yet.

If you're worried about a WA SC that will interpret the state constitution correctly, my advice is vote out all the justices that were on the majority decision in McCleary. You can see them here.
