We're having a county fair that's sponsored by the Kiwanis, but it is taking place in the county park.

The brochure says that the the fair is planned and conducted according to the Kentucky Dept. of Agriculture regulations for the use of state funds.

Can I be asked to leave this fair for simply carrying? After all their own rules state that they will do their best to keep everyone safe, but they're not liable death, loss, theft, etc.

All of my research comes up with no word on firearms. If memory serves when I was at the Martin co fair last year they had a sign up regarding carry so maybe go intending to if anyone says something just stow it.

That's basically what I wanted to know. If anyone could DEMAND that I leave. I'm assuming I will get some flack for carrying, but I don't like to take my son out without being able to defend him. I have done it, but only when going into Illinois so he can visit Nana.
