Donation sent.

Same old BS from police on this one. Hope the PD get spanked hard in the lawsuit(s) that will come from this illegal arrest. We need to stick together as a old indian saying goes: " a single twig is easily broke, but the bundle is strong. "

What happened before the video began?

According to the victim, the officer pulled up and asked him to stop. As the officer approached, he drew his sidearm and attempted to forcibly seize the rifle. Video picks up after that.

He already has $25,000 donated towards his $11,000 retainer goal http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/2nd-amendment-legal-defense-fund

So? If the city/authority digs in (see MOC vs CADL) it is easy for them to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars going after something they know is legal but just don't like. You know this. This guy is not trying to get rich off this. If this goes to a jury trial and goes for any amount of time. It could easily cost him $50,000 to fight two BS charges. The police know this. It is their way of punishing a law-abiding citizen via trying to bankrupt them.
