This video has me fired up. For those of you who know me, that's a very difficult thing to do.

The gentleman was stopping simply because he had his hands in his pockets, a far more common activity than open carry. Judging by the cop's heavy jacket, it's obviously quite cold, so the man was clearly justified. Even if it was 102 degrees outside, however, the man would STILL have been justified walking around with his hands in his pockets.

It's not just the video that did it, though. It's the response of blithering socialist wannabees that really takes the cake.

Watch the short video, then read their responses and let me know what you think. The names have been changed to protect the blitheringly idiotic:

Tom: nice

Dick: ...this guy should have kept his cool and spoken more politely to the officer...the dude bringing up the garbage of, and you know what the dude meant (hands up, don't shoot)...the officer is only doing his job and is correct in what he was doing...kudos to the officer...as to the one who called, I do not know the neighborhood, but the officer DID say there have been robberies there...

Harry: No harm, no foul

Thing 1: ITS A HARD SITUATION.

Thing 2: Try not being a ****** and maybe the cops won't **** with you

Whoever: the police were called..... they did their job. this seem like a good officer to me. seem like a good guy that was just being checked out. boiled down its called police doing their job. as far as he knew the guy could have been a crazy on his way to kill someone. GOD only knows what the person called told the one that took the call?? if police protect us THEY HAVE GOT TO DO A THING CALL CHECK. that shouldn't be a problem if you not breaking a law. some people act like police have a meter that tells them what kind of person they are approaching. well they dont...or do they have a meter to tell them if a person has a gun or not.

Are you fired up yet?

Here's my response to these people who're oozing horse apples out their ears, eyes, and nose:

This is ********. Police officers are PROHIBITED BY LAW from conducting stops without Reasonable Articulable Suspicion or Probably Cause. " In the United States, a "Terry stop" is a brief detention of a person by police on reasonable suspicion of involvement in criminal activity but short of probable cause to arrest."

The officer's justification, "hands in pockets," is NOT "reasonable," and it's certainly and absolutely zero suspicion of involvement in criminal activity.

This blitheringly idiot cop just violated the decisions of half a dozen federal court judges who have repeatedly upheld the Fourth Amendment's " The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures..." applies to stops. Stopping a person for no just cause violates the "to be secure in their persons" clause.

Time for a lawsuit. Hit the employers of these idiots for FAILING to properly train the members on the force, thereby leading to dangerous situations, not to mention violating your rights as an American citizen to liberty (freedom). Cops demanding, or even requesting that you give an account of yourself for no reason is a VIOLATION of your Constitutional Rights.

What I want to know, previous posters, is WHY THE HELL are you bending over backwards, so prepped and ready to forfeit the rights I, friends, family, and tens of other millions of Americans Veterans fought for, and for which all too many of us DIED???

When you roll over here on the home front, willingly forfeiting all our rights for NOTHING, you SPIT on the service and sacrifice of ALL veterans.

100% pure B.S.

My response would be, "don't shoot, don't shoot, I'm not a Jew". Then give him the proper salute. What a stinking Nazi piece of garbage.

Cop "I got a call and I'm just doing my job". America is in really bad shape.

I think this video has been discussed in a previous thread.

Now, as then, greet the Ocifer Fife with silence, silent passive compliance, then seek legal advice.

I agree with you on seeking legal advice.

As for remaining silent, I'm likely to respond with something like, "My pockets, you say... On a cold day. What you have done if you had encountering me with my finger in my ear, going after a little wax? Grounds for giving S.W.A.T. a little exercise?"

Nah, I probably wouldn't say that. I'd certainly be thinking it, though. Tell me: Do cops shoot on laugh?

I have a lot of free time on my hands and I am a school trained icehole. I am usually a polite kinda guy, until you pi$$ me off, then you pay the consequences. I can be very sarcastic when wronged and I do not bend over.

The video was inspiring. And because of its inspirational value I think when I see someone wearing shoes I'm calling 911.
Yes, shoes, but just not any shoe - high top shoes. Why high top shoes? Because you can turn on a dime wearing high tops.
And that has got to be suspicious.
