Miss. woman shoots at puppy, kills husband

Found this story, not a lot of detail right now. Based on the name of the dog, (ehat kind of people name their dog Cocaine?) I would be curious to know more about the situation. Sounds rather fishy to me. I know it's early in the investigation but does anyone have thoughts?

Well, obviously the dog was trained. When he saw the gun, he immediately squirmed to take himself off the Line of Force.

Note to self: If an animal is being successfully held by a human being, don't shoot it, as it's probably not a hazard to others at the time...
