The Louisiana Open Carry Awareness League (LOCAL) will hold it's monthly business meeting at 6:30pm on Wednesday, Febuary 2, 2011 in the meeting room of the Shoneys resturant in LaPlace, La (Hwy 51 aka Main St near I-10). All LOCAL members are encouraged to attend. Nonmembers and persons interested in Open Carry are invited.
