I used early voting on Friday, and definitely voted YES on Amendment 2. This is a big advancement for gun rights.

An Assistant District Attorney was a guest. I think he's an ADA of New Orleans. He opposes the law because he claims Law Enforcement wouldn't be able to question a person whether he has a permit, for one reason. He also says even criminals would be allowed to carry without permits (like they don't do that now!).

The show has four parts but I only listened to the last three, so I don't know what they talked about in part 1.

Some gun owners are against it and some are for it.

He starts talking about Amendment 2 at about 27:40 in the 5 am portion of the show (part 1).

Of course the police can ask about permits. They can ask about where someone got their hair cut, too.

If he's referring to being able to legally detain and question them...hasn't that ship already sunk?
