Good to see ya guys again.

I invited the troopers over but they didn't have time today. They usually are there earlier so I wonder if this was just a quick stop for them.

Haggens Barkley, Starbucks Barkley, Lowes, Western Forest Products.

At Job site homeowners (wife and kids) developer with his son. Around 11 or 12 I think, he told me he wants to get a gun but wants his son to know more about them could I show him mine and the basics. So ejected magazine unloaded and had an impromptu show and tell and lecture on gun safety for the children (the adults were very attentive too) and let the son hold the pistol while reiterating what to do and the safety rules.

Father asked how he should go about getting one, but stated he wants his son to learn about them before he has one in the house. I offered to take them shooting and to help him go to the store and choose a weapon.

Homeowners are from India the Developer is from India but is a citizen his son is an American thru and thru, my help is from Ukraine, the electrician is Russian and we all ended up in a very positive conversation but our natural rights and how every household should have at least one firearm. (Not my words I mostly listened and corrected a few minor gun myths)

The one down in Willow Lake on Saturday the 20th. Nice raffle prizes, I'm hoping to win the Ruger Mini-14. ;-)

Oh. Cr*p. I am away this weekend. Why do I always seem to have other plans every time something is going on? I am waaaay to busy.

Sorry you can't make it. We need to schedule a shoot this fall. I still chuckle when I think of your 'trunk selection' from last year. I just got a Mossberg 930 SPX semi-auto 12 gauge. Man. it will knock you back!

I don't think you've made one down there yet. Last year had a CVI guy there didn't get a chance to talk to him though.

I've been to a few WECU's with no problem.

Pretty much just carried at job sites yesterday.

Fred Meyers, Battery Shop, Goodwill, Kmart, Dairy Queen, just another day.

I had to stop behind a bus the other day. A small group(appx 6-8) of teens got off and walked past my van. One drummed his hands across my hood (he did not actually touch the metal) and then got up on my (closed) passenger window and made "faces" at me. He did not see the "weapon of the day" on my right hip. I smiled at him and he went away. Just a smart ass kid.

John is going, he said he didn't hear from you guys. So they taking the miata methinks. I am going but taking the wife and the truck, we are going to do a few things while down there after the meet.

Works for me. Driving down will give me a chance to go to Hempfest after and stop and see my son and his family on the way back. See you all there.
