I was more thinking that the approval from the chief of police meant you weren't a threat, clean history, not worth searching, etc, but I can see how it could be the opposite.

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. yeah, a lot of people think that, I did at one point too, and to an extent it almost makes sense. it very rarely works like that though.
