I was at Philly and asked a cop if I could smoke my e-cig .. he said their was now law or rule but he would not allow it. I pulled mine out and puffed away right in front of him. I made a friend that day :uhoh: Who needs friends from Philly anyway !

How can a cop, someone who carries a firearm everyday, not know how to handle a loaded gun? This level of stupidity that flight attendant is lucky this idiot wasn't aiming it at her when he nd'ed.

So a TSA agent has a negligent discharge (thankfully no one was hurt by his negligent handling of a firearm) and the flight attendant is then cited for disorderly conduct? Makes perfect sense to me...
Worst part is she will probably just pay the fine a move on with life instead of fighting this joke of a charge.

Watch off the videos of open carriers in California where the cops take their handguns and clear them while pointing the gun at children and everyone else around them.
Its a good thing California didnt allow loaded open carry or I am certain the police would have killed a few people.

Maby this is exactly why they do not allow loaded firearms, they knew their OH SO experienced police force would be fudgeing around with citisins firearms, and I have seen alot of those videos that you are talking about.

I remember a couple of radio show hosts talking about cops having really bad trigger control (they can't keep their finger off a trigger).
Both of the hosts are former cops. One of them 'woke up' in the middle of a traffic stop. Oh yeah,,,, back on topic.

Ah, I misread the article. My apologies. However, my point still stands. The only thing worse than the flight attendant being cited for the officer's mistake is the fact that she likely won't fight the charge.
