And to put your hands on someone investigating an incident is at least a&b. Also I'd say obstruction too.
I'd say a shots fired complaint with a legate named complainant (if they had it) and then he admits they were shooting on the property would be enough to just look at what they were shooting at. He wasn't trying to go in a house or anywhere else. He was trying to look at something that pertains to the incident. So I'd say that's actively investigating an incident.
He has it on video. So if he really felt they were trespassing then file a complaint and/or request charges against the officer for trespassing. To bump, touch, hinder, push, anything an officer and get arrested is not a good idea.
Good arrest IF he did touch him I didn't see the hand but he also admitted on video multiple times he did touch him.
