Hi everyone! Give you a brief history on me. Names Mike i live in the Cape Girardeau / Scott City area, 23 years old, been open carrying for some time. I work as a night clerk at a gas station. I hold no CCW permit per i dont believe my pvt life needs to be gone over with a fine tooth comb, to be able to protect my family, me and my fellow human beings. But have taken basic handgun / tatical handgun courses. Currently holstered is a sexy Rock Island Armory 1911 45acp. :banana:

While not very familiar with all the laws down there, I know Cape is a no go for OC. There was a court case from there."Joyce v. The City of Cape Girardeau", Joyce lost!

From what I have 'heard', the City of Cape is not OC friendly. Be careful and research the city's rules.

Discussions with persons from the area, the entire county is questionable.

I would be cautious of wankers until state law protects the person, it could save a bundle in legal cost.

I was not aware of the county having issues. I knew the city, but didn't know diddily about the county.

Good to know.
