White Windstar minivan with VCDL and orange GSL sticker on the left rear window, on Meadowdale Blvd turning left onto Hopkins Road about 5:15 PM today. You passed a grey Honda Element with VCDL and GSL stickers on the rear window in the lane to go across Hopkins.

You didn't wave.

They may not have been following the outcome of your recent tribulations in Surry, and been worried that waving could be construed as "brandishing"?
