Police said the shooting occurred about 6 p.m. at South 14th and South Madison streets, as a burglar tried to enter the home through a window.

Looks like the Tacoma PD & DA's have a lot of sense.
The burglar, not so much.

I have to ask, why would any human on Earth call the New Orleans police for help??? I thought we learned this a few years back...???

I would call Roto Rooter before the New Orleans police, and I bet the response time would be better as well!!!
