Connecticut State Conviction History Datapoints and Tidbits
Not sure if anyone will be interested, but here are some numbers for discussions and analysis.
Looking at conviction history records between November 8, 2012 and March 11, 2013:
The number of people in the conviction history database went from 394,242 to 396,616, an increase of 2,374.
The number of arrests in the conviction history database went from 1,059,744 to 1,071,247, an increase of 11,503.
The number of offenses (charges) in the conviction history database went from 1,666,230 to 1,686,503, an increase of 20,273.
