    Hello all, Some what new here, I have lurked and read a lot. A few days ago I bout a .40 cal Smith &wesson SDVE. I want to start to open carry. However When I am in my car what is the best way? Do I unload it and put it on the front seat? Do I leave it on my hip unCCed? Any help would be great.

    First I would like to say a whole lot of great info. I am Richard Green, I live in Timberlake NC, today I bought a S&W 40 Cal that I plan on OCing. I also plan on getting my CC permit in Oct. I have already signed up for the class. It seem that open carry is not that big of a deal in this state...
